Seasonal rates From May 1st through Nov. 1st
- $175 Monday night thru Thursday night
- $195 Friday night thru Sunday night
and on holidays.
Off-season rates
From Nov. 2nd
to April 30th
- $150 per night
There is a $25 surcharge for one night stays.
In season, a two night minimum stay is required for weekend nights.
(Three minute walk to rocky beach, swim raft)
Two adult maximum occupancy.
We are unble to accomodate pets or young children.
Infants under one year of age are welcome.
Smoking in garden.
Check out time is noon.
Check-in time is 3 PM. If checking in after 6 PM, please give us a call.
We accept deposits by personal checks, with payment in full for either one or two night reservations. A 50% deposit is required for more than four nights, with full payment due upon arrival.
All deposits are refundable if cancellations are made 30 days before check-in date, less a $25 handling fee. With cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in, refunds will be made to the extent that the room is re-booked. Early departures are treated as cancellations.

“I have never had such a warm and comfortable stay in a luxurious room so well thought out to accomodate and anticipate my needs. There was wonderful food: a choice of freshly baked food by Jennifer, one of the owners, fruit, cheese, bread, cereals and an assortment of beverages (much of this organic) in a small refrigerator in addition to coffee maker AND an electric tea kettle for tea lovers. There were dozens of books about local lore, fiction, non-fiction and the arts along with a love seat and television. The bed was supremely comfortable and had the most pillows I have ever been offered in any hotel room. There were robes as well. The room is attached to the owners' home, but completely private. There is also a patio space. The owners are helpful, friendly and warm yet they are respectful of privacy. The neighborhood is quiet, so this is a peaceful getaway. I enjoyed my stay and recommend this room highly.
